Leaf:
Hemicycle, about 40 cm in diameter, with teens cuneate segments, which are 25 to 35 cm in length and 2.5 to 4 cm in width, and obtuse sinus on the apex; petiole reaches 1 meter in length, with lax argute teeth.
Flowers:
Spadix, few branch; branches are 15 to 20 cm in length, with congested and easily brushed off tomentum; aggregate flowers always 2 to 3 positioned around the branch of the spadix; calyx fistulous,
4 mm in length, covered by short, soft and matted hairs, trifid; petal is 5 mm in length, with oblong lobe and acuate apex.
